KTS Series, Jet mixer

The jet mixer is a universal over-head mixer that combines the functions of a typical stirring device with the characteristics of a dispenser equipped with a circuit electron / fixed system. Jet mixer is used for activities such as homogenization, dispersion, suspension, oil painting, aeration, and melting to facilitate heat transfer. The high rotational speed of the rotor, together with the proximity of the mixing vanes and the jet pipes, prevents loss of backflow. As such, jet mixers are highly energy efficient and have a characteristic that consumes little energy while actively circulating and mixing products.

The principle of the jet mixer is that a propeller-type rotor rotates fast from the circular fixing to create a jet current inside the fixture causing the sample to be forced to rotate, causing the sample to spread and mix.
