Conical Double Screws Mixer consists of three parts: Driving part. Agitator and rewrsa cone cylinder Two kinds of Driving part: A type (Driven by CycIoiIdaI asyrrmet needle reducer) arc! B type (Driven by VIJorm-gear reducer). The agitator Is two rically helixes. The')' rotate around their own axes and at the same time rewllJe around the cone's center axis. The malarials will be elevaled repeatedly through the rotation and revolution 01 the helix and form shearing. convection and diffusing in the cone cylinder to realize perfect mbcing effect. The external side of the cylinder can be designed with jacks! for cooling or heating. The materials discharging at the cylinder bottom can be pneumatic, electric or marual.
