K-Super Reactor® , Tank Bottom High-shear Dispersering Machine
The tank mixer is a high-speed rotating mixer mounted on the bottom of the tank. It exerts more efficient mixing and distribution of products such as high density powder powder powder that cannot be stirred by the existing stirring system due to high transmission power and strong flow of vortex.
In the case of existing products, in principle, it was difficult to disperse products such as high density powder that sank below because of the vortex from the locked position. The tank mixer can be mounted on the underside of the tank to generate a strong vortex in the lower end to distribute and blend the previously subsiding powder to produce a more precise product.
